2. What data we process and why
This website has no user accounts and does not store any forms on the server. We only process the data you send us yourself:
- Emails and purchase requests. If you write to us or use the "Send request" button in your selection (which opens your email program), the data (name, email, message and selected photographs) reach us in an ordinary email. We use them to reply, send you the proofs and, if you buy, deliver the photographs and issue an invoice if you ask for one.
- Payment. Payment is made by Bizum through your bank; we only see the name and amount shown there.
- Server logs. Like any website, the server records the IP address, date and requested page for security reasons and to fix errors.
- Visit statistics. We use our own cookie-free statistics tool, hosted on the same server, to know which pages are visited, how people reach the website, their approximate location and loading times, and to detect bots and attacks. It records the IP address and browser of each request; to count visits it uses a code calculated with a key that changes every day, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next. These data never leave the server and are not shared with anyone.
3. Legal basis
- Your consent, when you write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Performance of the licence purchase contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Tax and accounting obligations, where an invoice is issued (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Legitimate interest in the security of the website and in understanding its use in aggregate, for server logs and statistics (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Retention
Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or purchase. Invoicing data are kept for the periods required by law (up to 6 years). Statistics data are deleted automatically after 6 months, and server logs within 12 months at most.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. The following have access as data processors: the email provider (Google, Gmail), the file-transfer service when used (WeTransfer) and the website hosting and maintenance service (WebMasterOsona, server in Spain). The website uses no third-party analytics or advertising tools: statistics and fonts are hosted on the same server.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to albertayma@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. My selection
The photographs you add to "My selection" are stored only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent anywhere until you decide to send the request by email. You can delete them at any time from the same page or by clearing your browser data.
